And I am getting there with the engine cowlings...

I should have some good samples to send you in the next two weeks ... I have some which lokk fairly good already, but there are still a few bubbles to fix around the lip. I shall try another method for the silicone mold and see if this fixes these bubbles.

Merci à vous,

Elevator and rudder: flettner had on each side a stop plate. These stop plates can be adjust by triangular plates which had three positions.

On the left elevator, near tip, there was a plate with oblique slide for lock the elevator with the rudder.

the close up show some default (bubble, dust...)

Thank Onosendai,

the fuselage is too big, so I can't use vacuum or pressure chamber.

Today I made the fillet of tail position light, this next week I could make the mold of every part of tail.

The fillet is made from a aluminium sheet, you will make yourself the white lens.

Greetings!

I would like to buy one of these. I haven't built an aircraft model in 55 years, but this is one of my favorite aircraft. Please put me down for one, maybe two. I would appreciate it if you would inform me when the kit is ready. Also PM me. Thanks and

Best Regards,

I know someone who has or had a chamber which was used to cast a 1:48 Sunderland fuselages. Interested?

I hope to begin the production this end of year to deliver the next year
to reduce costs, some parts will not be created (ammunition box, electrical box, transmitter receiver, gunsight...as the real in 1939)

Ken, there are no bubbles on the outer surface.
Sometimes one or two bubbles on stiffeners internal or frame but there will be so many boxes to be installed, we shall not see them
