Since the Japanese eagerly sought licence rights to the Pfiel and got many of the plans and parts I decided to build the what if had the war gone on longer. Base kit is the HK 335 with Eduard PE.

Looks great, and neat idea!

Nice work so far, I hate to say it, but it would have been great to see it painted in Japanese interior colours, with Japanese seat belts too...

I do have to agree with Andy on that point, but it doesn't take away anything from a very cool model/idea

I thought about that but since I had the PE I didn't want to paint the whole cockpit a different color. Also supposedly many components such as the cockpit at least for the original were sent from Germany. The Sub they were on never made it but one can assume that they would have left the Grey. Anyway its a what if.

Holy Walleye DUDE!,

You build Quick, Fast and in a Hurry!

    I Like IT

    Japanese Army or Navy colors?

So how is the Land OF 10,000+ Lakes these days?  I spent 3 years  7 miles from an itty-bitty town 60 miles northeast of St.Cloud  in the late 80's

Loved the summers - hated the winters,
