paul fisher
Hi Gents, Just a note te say the Mirage II sets for the Revell kit are now going out, though i should post a picture of the contents. Hunter T.7 set and Cutlass are nearing completion too, and the RB-51 should be coming along soon as well. Thanks, Paul Fisher www.fishermodels.com

Scotsman
I dug out one of my Mirage models this week ,and fond it had the highplanes detail set , previously the only significant enhancment set made for the kit , and I thought to my self , Nah , don't need the fisher set , resin is resin .. Well NO IT ISN'T - that is a beautiful set , and my order will be winging its way to you very soon Paul -

It's possible of course that this is the same as the High Planes set, but I haven't seen that one. It's fair to say that Paul's (mastered by Harold?) new set blows the NovaScale one away. Scotsman
Yup thats the Highplanes set , it does have its merits - PE IP and sidewalls , and U/C doors, but unless the standard of casting has improved from the version I have , basiclly forget it ! LSP_Kevin
[...] basiclly forget it ! Yes, especially given that, shipping aside, there's not much difference in price! Kev
jbrundt
Is it possible to just order the PE/IP acetate? I already have the resin but need the details for the instrument panel. Jeff
fastzx
Paul, The Mirage set looks great. Is it possible to purchase an F9F-2 or -5 Panther canopy and also a cockpit set separately? Thanks, Jon

Kev Those were my masters, (not the MK 4 seat however) There is no comparison between the "other" sets available. (not patting my own back, just being honest) Paul did a great job on the PE as well. Cheers, Harold

imatt88
Harold's resin stuff is excellent. I have the Mirage pit, and I wouldn't buy anything else.. cheers, Ian
