Troy Molitor
Just read this over on that Other site. A possible mention on a new 1/32nd Aichi E13A "Jake" this year from Hasegawa. Interesting, eh? I just read this. Please don't shoot the messenger. Now, I'd really get excited on a Pete, Kate or Val but hey this is new and had a whirly thing upfront and floats. Jets are for kids, just saying. Humor! Thanks if this is true Mr. Hasegawa! Troy Jan_G, LSP_K2 and reconspit
alaninaustria
That is great news - would be nice to see some new exotics come our way - esp. seaplanes/floatplanes! Cheers Alan Vandy 1 VX 4

wunwinglow
The Nichimo one was my first Japanese kit I built, my Dad brought it back from the USA when he did a bit of work for Boeing in Seattle. Fond memories!! LSP_K2 and Kagemusha
Out2gtcha
Seaplane weakness! If its true I'll definitely pick one of these up. Bill_S

Rick Griewski
Very nice. I hope the release is sooner than later. And... I would like to build a Val too. Rick
Avenger2614
They won't be giving the kit away, though, and the E13A is a pretty big airplane. The price might sting just a tad.
coogrfan
I'm not sure how I feel about this. I like the idea of a large scale Jake, but I also can't help but think that the time and effort necessary to produce it could have been put to better use (Val, Kate). Out2gtcha
I'm not sure how I feel about this. I like the idea of a large scale Jake, but I also can't help but think that the time and effort necessary to produce it could have been put to better use (Val, Kate). I kind of agree with that, but generally for everyone else, as Im much more partial to sea-planes. The popularity (and a way to get Stephen to stop complaining! ) of the Val would probably make it sell better, but this only tells me that at some point a Val is likely from someone. coogrfan
Out2gtcha
With all the "Green Cross" talk around here lately I found an interesting looking Jake from the same time period: Kagemusha and LSP_K2
seiran01
Ohh yes, will definitely buy/build! I'm amazed they are still doing subvariants of the A6M5 instead of capitalizing on the Zero molds and doing earlier variants. I'd have to think that'd be much more of a moneymaker than the Jake but if they want to do this floaty for me, you definitely won't hear me complaining Out2gtcha
