The TV is ALWAYS on hockey in our house as our son plays on the local junior team. He just turned 13 and has been at it on and off now for the last couple of years. You need the hand/eye coordination of a major league baseball player, the physical stamina of an NFL linebacker, the brains of a basketball player to follow the set plays, and on top of it all, you're moving with the speed of a sprinter on two razor-sharp blades over a surface of occasionally rough ice. My team (the Rangers) went down in flames to the Sens, so I'm hoping for Pens in spite of Sid the Crybaby (who is less of a cryer as he has grown up), but would love to see the boost it would give to American hockey to have the Preds take it all.
