petrov27 Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 (edited) Dont mind the discussion of issues but the original poster seems to be making a big deal about it saying the issue is "near impossible" for the modeller to fix and that ZM needs to address it (I assume retool the kit?) Basically they are saying the "shoulder line" of the kit proceeds too far aft. But don't presume that becuase you have a particular viewpoint, that that is by definition the only valid viewpoint. We go through this EVERY time a new kit comes out, and "It looks like an XYZ to me, so everybody should just be happy" is really, really, REALLY getting old. Btw the nozzles - well, this is a different story I could suggest at least some thinning of the edges of the turkey feathers. It's kind of hard to miss it once you know what you're looking for/at. I don't do 1/48 much at all but this wouldn't stop me from buying the kit. DonH Posted January 8, 2017 Share Posted January 8, 2017 If I peer and squint a bit, I have to admit that it looks like the ZM rear may have an issue from some angles. Personally, I don't think it's a big deal and that the whole airframe looks very good. Completed models look really nice. I won't be getting one as I have too many other things to make, so please feel free to disregard my comments.
