Nice choice Haken. I remember building one of these in the late '80's when I still kinda liked jets right before modeling came to an almost complete halt till '06. Have fun, and welcome to the GB!! :D

Peace,

Alfonso

I've started building. :)

Lots of white plastic in the box. :)

As usual it starts out with the cockpit. :)

Usual Revellic lack of details and indentical twin pilots. :)

I test fitted the pit in the fuselage, and it seems like I got some work filling gaps later.

I noticed that the glass should be fitted with the merge of the fuselage halves.

Not entirely happy with that, as it causes problems when fixing seams.

Well, I hope to sort it out somehow.

Cheers,

Hi Håkan,

That's a real classic.

Beware of advanced modelers syndrome! :)

Though many build very good models from this one,

the more recent offerings from Revell and Tamiya are a better basis for superdetailing. :)

The shapes are o.k though. Just keep this one simple and build it OOB. :)

Cheers,

Peter

Peter,

I will try and keep within ootb limits :)

I'll maybe add some bits of plastic to the pit to spice it up a bit.

The decals looks pretty ok, although they don't seem to be right for a RF.

Cheers,

Håkan
