BradG
I thought I'd put something else together before Model Expo this year. I started this on Saturday. Nice kits which present no real problems, just a little sanding needs to be done around the front wing to fuselage joint. Decided I'd do it straight out of the box as these Hasegawa decals looks really nice. The white is actually white, not cream, ivory, off white, beige or bone like Richie Benaud's jacket! BradG
6 days from start to finish isn't bad. This aircraft was flown by Fw. Hannes Theis in late 1944 while he was with 6/JG300. Theis would survive the war, scoring 10 kills while with JG300. Seatbelts were added, apart from that it's straight out of the box.
LSP_Kevin
Looks great Brad! I have no idea how you move through your builds so quickly, and yet it doesn't look rushed at all. Good work! Kev

BradG
Thanks boys! The keys to building quickly are to use superglue for construction and gap filling and thinning your paint with lacquer. I'm impatient and don't like waiting for paint or filler to dry when I'm in the zone.
LSP_Kevin
Nah, I reckon the keys to building quickly are not having a wife, kids or a mortgage to service! Kev
