LSP_Kevin
Howdy folks, I've just published my review of a replacement seat for Revell's Bf 109G kit, from Barracuda: BarracudaCast BR32223: Bf 109G-2 thru G-10 Seat - No Belts Thanks to Roy for the review sample and product photos. LSP_K2
I suppose I understand the logic behind no belts, but I much prefer them molded in/on.
LSP_Kevin
Some folks don't like moulded-in belts, and they can certainly be tricky to paint. This set caters for that preference nicely, but does leave you with needing to source your own seat harness. The belts moulded-in to the other set are so well done, that I'd opt for that one too, personally. Kev LSP_K2
LSP_Ray
My personal deference is for IM kit makers to leave the belts out, or provide them on a PE fret, but some of the resin seats with belts are done so well I have to consider them! The Barracuda Mustang seat (with belts) is outstanding. Whenever I'm looking for an AM seat, I always seek out seats with belts, if available. Here's my review of the other set from yesterday: http://www.largescaleplanes.com/reviews/review.php?rid=1784 Kev Keviiiin... , you're supposed to combine them in the same review !! LSP_Kevin
Keviiiin... , you're supposed to combine them in the same review !! I actually try to avoid that if at all possible, preferring instead the one-product-equals-one-review approach. That said, I really need to go back and link the two reviews together, now that they're both done. Kev LSP_K2
