Sorry, but that's not really "customer service", it's just an automated ordering system (NetSuite IIRC) combined with a late pickup and good service from the carrier. No offense, but I don't really care about the hows and whys. In my experience there are very few online sellers (outside of Amazon) who can come close to that kind of speedy delivery.
