Welcome back Richard!  this will look really good beside the Hurri.

Lets grab a beer soon! :beer4:

Hi Ron, good to be back working on a model, I looked at the Hurri last night, and you are right it should be beside her, man to many models and not enough time, have to think about semi retiring  :hmmm:

Good gawd man, looks great....Harv

Thanks alot Harv hope all is well.

Great leapin' lizards man, I was thinkin' we'd somehow lost you Richard. Welcome back indeed! Gorgeous start on your Tiffy. Ron is right ya know, this will look really good beside the Hurricane.

Cheers,

Wolf

Hi there Wolf, was lost abit but good to be back and thanks for the welcome, Tiffy is a great plane to add alot of extras, as others have said you do have alot of clean up to do, O well thats Airfix

Welcome back, Richard.  Nice detailing.  Cockpit is dynamic!

Mark

Hi Mark, glad to see that you have started on the Mustang again, have one of those on the bench which is one of the three

Richard

Brilliant start and the details are amazing

Keep 'em coming

Peter

Thanks Peter, would love to see you get your Tiffy out again and we could build together, this way might be able to finish amodel for once

Well, you're not mucking around there are you? Excellent work Richard and glad see you back. It doesn't matter what you're working on, everyone loves seeing what kind of magic you work with a kit.

I'm looking forward to this one :)

Craig

Thanks alot Craig but I have to finish one.

That's just staggeringly good, Richard.

Kev

Thanks very much Kev, the kit has some good detail but I added a bit here and there, each gauge I added a .005" clear plastic lens

Thanks again for your replies

Regards

Richard

will finish each one one day soon  :help:

Now back to the Tiffy,

Started to play with the engine, used some metal flex hose instead of the kit part, also will have flex hose go to each spark plug  :mental:

Also made the shaft out of brass and machined the groves

You know Ron, that would probably make my month to join you both for a couple of brewskis but there's not a chance I could make it. I will, however, let you know when I will be in the neighbourhood and we'll make a meet happen for sure!

Cheers,

Wolf
