airscale Posted November 27, 2015 Share Posted November 27, 2015 the post about what 1/24 AM is out there prompted something I have been toying with - a pack with superior full colour instrument decals and a PE Instrument Panel to compliment the Airfix 1/24 range.. would just replace the kit part for all except the Mossie & Typhoon.. See you have been doing the jet bits at 1/32 (which look F.A. So are you doing anything for the Big Airfix Harrier or just sticking to the Fans? airscale Posted December 18, 2015 Author Share Posted December 18, 2015 hi folks ..had a chance to assemble the spitfire panel.. ..the component parts - there is a backplate for each part where the one-piece instrument decals will go - also both blind flying panel versions for early Spits are included.. ..assembled into sub-components.. ..and the assembled panel.. ..compared to the kit part - you just sand the kit panel flat and add the new one.. ...quite happy at how they are turning out.. Peter Hi Peter - That Spit bits WOW!!!!! I have one or two of the Harriers Ill hoick out one of the IP's and take a look - I'll have a look see how it compares with the real thing.
