JRutman Posted January 22, 2011 Author Share Posted January 22, 2011 Tried something new here. I was going to make the NCO in uniform but decided to relax that a little. He hasn't had time to button up. I used lead foil for the front of the jacket and blended in the edges with putty. I still have to add the 4 pockets and tweak the other details but you get the idea.
