Jamme
Hello to everybody. Will start with this Group Build (NOt quite shure I will finish it on time, but that's another story..... ) Picture of the Box Art: Inside of the Box: After market pieces: you see the Big ED set,Eagle Strike 32034 and the Begemot stencils. The documentation: From Sqadron, as you can see. So it will be a Foreign one. Don't have decided yet. 3 possibilities: Egyptian Cuba Czech. I like the Cuban Air Force one, but I'm not shure. What do you people think? Thank you for looking. See you soon for the start. Cheers Edited April 20, 2011 by Jamme
dutik
Good choice! Have one at the stash too. Maybe to make a Cubanian or Vietnamese one. That large walkaround book by WWP from Czech would be an ideal choice if you choose a czech one. (edit: sorry, that book is no longer on sale here.) I will watch this build! Regards! - dutik Edited April 19, 2011 by dutik

Thank you for looking. Cheers, Jamme
Loic
Wow, the cuban is definatly the most unusual one, it would certainly be my choice.
Jamme
Hello Loic. The Cuban is my first choice also. I also like the Egyptian, but I think that one is already much seen. Thank you for looking. Cheers, Jamme
Out2gtcha
Id also go with the Cuban Mig-21. That blue-ish and gray scheme with the bright Cuban insignia striped rudder is one you dont see the Mig-21 in. Cheers, Brian
Hartmann352
I like the colors of the Cuban, but I like the Czech too. I mean really, how often do you see nose art like that on a MiG at all? Cheers, Dave
Out2gtcha
By the way does anybody know a good match for the Russian interior Blue (Tamiya, Gunze, Modelmaster?) MM makes Russian "interior blue/green". I used it on my Mig 15 with what I consider great results. You can sort of see the color her in the wells.........darkened by shadows, dirt, and a wash however - Brian
Jamme
Hi everybody. Thank Brian, Harv and Dave for looking and comments. Brian I was at a Customer today and find somme paints there, concerning the colours for Tha Mig's pit Here is the picture: The colours are a little darker than on the picture. You probably can't see the difference on the screen, but the left one is light turquoise and the right one is blue green. The Blue green seems better to me as it is ......turquoise with a little green added.... What do you people, and Brian think? As it is not easy to find MM in Belgium. Thank you for the answers! I highly appreciate. Cheers, Jamme Edited April 20, 2011 by Jamme
Martinnfb
Jammie, the interior color known to me as "tooth paste blue" varies from batch to batch. It is up to your judgment and references . Cheers Martin
Martinnfb
... in terms of camo , here is you chance to make uncle Muammar proud! PS; if you need pictures of the Czechoslovak Mig/chick, i should have some in the stash. M.
Jamme
Thank you Martin. When I look at the pictures I have in the books an th Web, they all seems different colors..... Will try the Blue Green I think..... I have more books on the MIG-21 than the two Squadrons "Walk Around". I also have the in Action, The Verlinden's Lock on (not very interesting, must admit..), The 4+ publication and the Mig-21 "In Color". Now I always allright with other pictures. I PM you.
