Definately grabbing one, but this is a diversionary tactic. Usually they drop new kits closer to Christmas or right after..something else is coming! Well I really have no idea what I'm talking about, but I would love some Christmas suprises!

I am in for one <he says rubbing his hands with glee>. The plane is interesting enough for me. It is essentially a kite and not much was done with respect to camo or decoration. I have all the Albatros kits for that. It will be a fun challenge to get the look of the wings right. All the rigging will be more of a not so fun challenge.

I too hope for the surprise before Christmas. How about a French "kite" from the same pre-war design era? Men in airplanes shooting at each other with rifles while flying around in motorized kites is an interesting dualist theme.

I can only imagine any number of cool "what if's" for Christmas, and if they do it this year, I'm sure it'll be awesome.

The book looks interesting, but I can't really say that I've looked at it much, but then I've only had it a couple of days now.

It's a great book; I reviewed it here when it was first released. One of the best tutorial-based modelling books out there, in my opinion.

The Taube should actually be easy enough to rig. It's absolutely two dimensional, no depth, just front to back and side to side.

One line at a time.....
