Hit the edit button at the bottom of the post, select "full edit", highlight the bottom bracketed line and hit delete. When you update the post, the wheels should dissapear. JRutman Posted August 27, 2009 Author Share Posted August 27, 2009 Here are a few more piccies. The kit was just the top and bottom wing parts and the one piece clear part. Everythin else was scratchbuilt. I used the superb Bently cut-away drawings. The model is a mix of the prototype and the production versions. The Luftwaffe acceptance pilot reported that the noise and heat in the cockpit was bad enough to be deadly so it was recommended that a wall be added to the sides of the'pit(but you can still see through to the ground) I also added the two 30mm guns that were supposed to be used but retained the BF109 main wheels.
