Martyn
Well thanks again for all the positive input folks Those mask seam to be very effective and reasonably easy to use. The result is neat and really looks realistic. Loic, yep they are easy to use, you have just got to take some time fixing them to the model, but the results are defiantly worth the time. Just a quick update, the kit part air filter looked a bit pooh to me, so I cut out a segment and fastened in some small mesh steel screen. Filter fitted to the engine, Also added 2 small grab handles and a mirror to the front cockpit framing Thats all for now folks, thanks for looking. Cheers, Martyn

Martyn
Hi all, just a small update, because due to the weather picking up more outside jobs now require doing. Oh the joys of summer Fuselage crosses and codes painted on, Under wing crosses masked and painted on, and finally for now, dive brakes fitted and corresponding markings painted on, . Cheers for now, Martyn.

Martyn
Hi folks, just another small update. I have used some Cast a coat to simulate the walkways on the wings. Again lots of masking to achieve the desired effect First, for the wooden batons that hold down the walkway. Then masked to cover up the 'wood', ready for the glue for the cast a coat. Martyn
Then the fine powder is sprinkled on. Then painted. And finally, masking removed and a touch of wear and tear added. Thats it for now, cheers all. Martyn.

Martyn
Heres a few more close up pictures, The first one I have tried to spruce up the bomb with a hand painted slogan from the ground crew, which should say "from Rommel with love", thats if I have translated it right In this picture I have tried to show the dive angle lines that where etched onto one of the pilots right hand side windows. I did this by scribing some fine lines and then filling them in with a marker pen and rubbing of the excess with a paper tissue. and finally one underside shot. Really enjoyed making this kit, thanks for looking. Cheers Martyn.
