Mikester
Has anyone ever done a set in 1/32 for the Bf 110C-6 with the 30 mm MK-101 cannon? Don't ever recall seeing one but I think this would be a neat aircraft to do and a relatively simple set to do. Is this included in the older Revell kits by any chance? Kagemusha
Is that what this is, sans cannon? http://www.ebay.de/itm/QUICKBOOST-QB32179-Armament-Cover-for-Dragon-Kit-Bf110C-1-C-2-C-3-in-1-32-/401329575111

That appears to be a cover for the center line bomb racks, as far as I can tell. The gun pod looks more like a jumbo version of the MG 151 gondolas that the 109 used. I don't have a photo host since PB shut me down but here's a review of the 1/48 version at HS: http://www.hyperscale.com/2013/reviews/kits/eduard1182reviewdw_1.htm Edited October 13, 2017 by Mikester
Kagemusha
Ah, I did wonder when I saw the Quickboost product. Don't recall it being made, wasn't in the revell kit. Should be a fun scratchbuild project.
Daniel460
There is also a very similar gun pod for the G-2/R-1. But it has a 3.7 cm flack 18 cannon. Lots of neat conversions for a AM company to put out...... Dan
nmayhew
Ooh my hopes were raised and then dashed! I've always wanted to do a C-6 - there were some (one?) in the desert war and have cool Africa camo

I've always wanted to do a C-6 - there were some (one?) in the desert war and have cool Africa camo Yeah that's exactly the one I wanted to do, a ZG 26 aircraft with RLM 80 squiggles over RLM 79. Would be a great looking model.

It was attached to the fuselage underneath the 20mm cannon shell ejection chutes. Deleted on the C-3 and up, so the spent shells just ejected into the airstream.
