Gaz Hmm, it was really more like a coincidence, first i painted the black part of the nacelle with Mr Surfacer Black primer, then i painted the metallic band with some Mr paint pale burned metal, it turned out way too light, so I mixed it with some of the black primer. To blend it together, I put some more black into the mix + some thinner and gave everything a light dusting, it makes the engine look black, but metallic at the same time ;-) Masking nightmare....
