Dave Posted October 12, 2017 Share Posted October 12, 2017 Hi, this is Revell's recent 1/32 MkIX converted to a PrXI using the canopy, cameras and a few small parts from the Alley Cat conversion kit intended for the Tamiya Spitfire. I used Milliput to re-profile the kit chin cowl as there was no way the resin piece was going to fit. I filled in the gun panels etc on the wings with superglue and removed the various bulges before re-scribing new panel lines. It took a bit of work to get the windscreen to fit, but in the end I managed - it even works with the canopy closed believe it or not.
