HOLIDAY SEASON 2022 Please be aware that during this holiday season, multiple orders will not be combined (orders will ship out as placed), and orders could take an extra day or two longer to ship out (we normally ship all orders out within one business day) due to the significant increase in order volume due to the holidays and being short-staffed (plus the Wingnuts shipment once it arrives). The staff who have chosen to work are processing through the holiday order volume as fast as possible. Additionally, there may be a delay in responding to emails and customer service requests.

The limit is each customer can purchase 2 of each kit/SKU. There are 41 available kits, so a single customer can buy a total of 82 kits (2 of each one). The limit will be lifted Wed at 4pm CST. Violators who try to circumvent the limit will have all their orders cancelled (not just what they were over on) - this hopefully will help keep everyone honest.

Orders are being received furiously. After 1 hour, all items are still in stock except for 1 item. I guess we got in more than Harald did : *) FYI - the slight increase in price was caused by the dramatic increase in shipping them here. Cost of this shipment was more than triple was it was the last time we received WNW. We ate some of the increase and passed along only part of it. We are actually netting less per kit than when WNW was in business because of the huge increase in shipping cost.

Last status that we know is that the container is at the Kansas City rail yard waiting its turn to be unloaded, and then hopefully delivered to us.

FYI - Sprue Brothers ordered every kit that was available to order. And of each kit we are getting, quantities of each kit range from at least 32 to over 200.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT Sprue Brothers Models LLC is ecstatic announce the pending arrival of a special purchase of Wingnut Wings inventory. 43 different items (all are kits except for 2 items) are expected on this pending shipment which we are hoping to arrive within the next few weeks. This full container arrived in the US last week, and it is currently in the rail shipment queue to get it to our warehouse in Liberty, MO from the port. Due to the shortage of carriages (what containers are transported on), we are patiently waiting its turn to transit on the rails. We are not planning on accepting pre-orders. It will be first come, first serve once they arrive. Approximately 14 months ago, we were contacted by Wingnut Wings inquiring about whether we were interested in helping sell their remaining inventory from when Wingnut Wings closed. The process was not fast. WNW finally accepted an order from us in late June, which finally shipped in September. Now we are anxiously awaiting its arrival. Please note that we do not know if there is any more remaining inventory nor do we know if we can obtain any more inventory after this shipment.
