Drive?! Thank you no. I drive an average of 1000km a week in my day job and I’m on holiday. No site meetings, demanding clients or schedules for me :D
I must say I like London very much so far. Off to RAF Museum in the morning.

By train ;)

It's the only way to go to Hendon currently! The car-park is (temporarily) taken up with the developments they are doing there.

Hendon was delightful. Only one hall closed for renovations but still lots to see. Access and viewing very good and few people, plus some school groups, there on the day. Must see if you are in London put aside at least four hours to do it justice. Hannats is okay but to be honest we are spoiled by having some great shops in Melbourne. Sad to see no other shops within London selling kits. Great place and I hope to return in the future as there is way more to see.
