Hi ,

time for the next update.

Progress for this week were the next steps to finish the fuselage. Decals are on and a first pin wash with AK Interactive washes is done.

The propeller needs to be washed and some more dull clear coat is nessesary as it seems.

The fit of the engine cover is so good that it can be put on and removed without any seems to be seen.

The first two of three bomb racks were modified with some of HGW's nice PE parts. Looks much better.

More to come soon.

Hi everybody ,

It's great to see that so many of you are interested in these old planes and following my build thread.

It has been a longer break but I was not completely lazy in this time.

I can call the fuselage now finished.

It received a second wash and filtering to make it look more used.

The landing gear is on and wired , and also the rudder and elevators.

Armament was added and now the build is on the finishing line , with "only" wings and rigging to be done.

And this is how it looks today :

The double Lewis-MG received some addings with HGW PE-parts and the gun barrels were made with 0,5mm brass tube.

And a small 112lb bomb is waiting in it's bracket for final mounting , also made with additional pe-parts.

Hope you still like it and join me for the finish assambly.
