typhoon31
HI All Here some pictures of the ID models kit of the Gloster Meteor FMk-8. The kit is painted in the colors of a target tug, the last task for the meteor in the Royal Dutch Air Force. Luuk Boerman (of Dutch Decal fame) provided the drawing of this scheme The engine is build with parts from the scrap box, The front gear leg comes from a crashed Matchbox Venom the main gear is home built using steel rods and plastic. The cockpit is also scratch-build but the seat is a converted seat from the crashed venom. Decals came from IPMS Netherlands and Dutch Decals. Hope you like the model

Royboy
Nice to see a vac model on here every so often! Particularly a Meatbox which is one of my favourites, you got to love those target tugs with the hi viz colours on the belly. I wonder how long before someone does an injection molded kit of this? Anyway, I love your work, very inspiring and thanks for sharing! Roy.
