Focke Factory

Hi Guys,

A few answers: yes, hope to be at the club tomorrow night with at least two semi completed. And no, the legs aren't G Factor although I originally intended to use them. They'll probably be used on the next batch, this is my practice build.

Currently sticking on the aerials. What a palarva! I know I should have stuck with tank kits!

Regards,

Hi Guys,

I sort of finished all the Fockes! So here's a few photos until I can get my backside in gear and do some decent ones to post in the finished forum.

That's Black 6, a D-9 that was fitted with the broad chord tail designed as a universal tail for both the Fw 190D series and the Ta-152 series.

Part two of my finish it off saga!  This time its another D-9, one that was captured by the Soviets and tested, photographed and documented by them.

I think I've done a reasonable job on the cammo.

I will miss the daily grind of these models.  I learned a lot, enjoyed making pitot tubes from brass sections, playing with new paints and airbrushes.
