DonH Posted January 4, 2018 Share Posted January 4, 2018 I ordered a biplane assembly jig and other parts from Vertigo Miniatures in December. It arrived before Christmas but with a broken part and some other minor issues. (Shipping between Europe and Singapore can be rough sometimes). NigTT Posted March 18, 2018 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Not my experience with them I'm afraid. I ordered a jig from them on 14 January. After e-mailing them on 8 February It eventually arrived on 15 February but the main base was broken in half. The packaging was minimal, so I' m not totally surprised it was broken. It would have been nice, however, to have received some form of communication so that I was aware they had even received my e-mails in the first place, and nearly 3 months to receive a unit fit for purpose is a bit long.
