Marcel111
Wow, how on earth did you even manage to drill all those holes with such regular interspacing? Build is looking good!
blackbetty
there are some holes in the resin part, that are cast in. seems like a strip of perforated material was used in the process, but its not satisfying, these are in full view, so i will cover them up

blackbetty
i mixed my own shade of sukhoi interior paint using revell aqua paints. the mr.paint is dead on for sure, because i think they had the real thing as example, but on pics i have yet to find two that match the coulour of the other, everything from aqua to dull grey is possible. some scratchbuilding of the rear pit wall and all i have to do is new decals on the IP some more work on thw canopy mechanism dutik, johncrow, Zero77 and 1 other

dutik
Not good enough? You are kidding me! Don't be shy! I don't enter competitons, but having a table at an exhibition (preferably together with fellow modellers, for the joy of conversation and sharing the overwatch at the table) is a nice and rewarding experience. TonyT
Stunning work, I can see where the colour of the cockpit is confusing because as said these below look a bluey grey and look like the colour you had on the sills. http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php?/topic/190203-russian-cockpit-color/ http://www.primeportal.net/hangar/kevan_vogler/su-22_fittter/ http://www.primeportal.net/hangar/luc_colin3/su-22m4_fitter/index.php?Page=3 Edited June 27, 2017 by TonyT
