LSP_Paul Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 Ern, If you can show via some sort of documentation that they were actually on their way as in in transit for the war zone when the cease fire ended the conflict, then I'm pretty sure it does in fact qualify, I will defer to other LSP staff for verification, but I think you'd be fine if you want to give it a go ol bean. Of course, I have no way of proving anything, which is fine. Several things have been written, but Vets say different things. No matter, it's all good.
