Collin
Italeri 1/72 KA-6D and Hasegawa 1/72 EA-6B OOB. These are for the display case at work and I didn't want to put too much effort into the cockpits. Fun little kits and pretty well detailed. Weather was standard oil wash for the KA-6D, but tried out the MiG enamel wash over a satin acrylic clear coat... stuff is terrific and gives just enough of a weathering effect (not just filling in the panel line)...looks great to the eye. (lost the side step ladder to the stb side of the Prowler, so that POS looking one on the kit is my attempt at "scratchbuilding") CheersCollin
Out2gtcha
Nice! Good technique for eliminating the need for doing cockpits in 72nd.
