Some really interesting dio Ideas there!
Bill Cross
Could make for some excellent crashed planes or ones having new skin applied to battle damage (or just showing some wings with the cloth ripped away). Out2gtcha
seiran01
I think I did a review of Bo's Fokker skeleton model from his Flugzeugwerke Shapeways store... will be in the LSP reviews if I did. Good stuff, he's currently redesigning the kit and other items to take advantage of shapeways' new feature to allow the designer to set printing orientation for best resolution/quality. thierry laurent
By the way, another one for Wingnuts kits fanatics: we should see volume 2 of the Guide to Wingnuts Wings released by Air modeller before the end of the year! The cover shows a Felixstowe...

Exactly what I was thinking. I crashed dio w/exposed framing and cloth rippped away would be UBER cool. scvrobeson, TonyT and Bill Cross

seiran01
That's why I've been speed building the ship camel and converting it to Cully's zeppelin intercept configuration :-) TonyT and Out2gtcha

I'm thinking that's why a crash dio with only a partial skeleton, might be more feasible. Bill Cross
TonyT
True, but there are some interesting things on there, such as a set of jacks for the 1/32 mosquito, which are not to badly priced. Out2gtcha
LSP_Ron
I don't want to be a Debbie downer but although cool, for the cost I don't think I would bite on these. Fokker DVII wing ribs have holes in them and these don't look right to me? Out2gtcha
TonyT
I did think that strange as you wouldn't be able to run the control cables for the ailerons
wunwinglow
Those holes are to add lightness. Mostly.....
