My wife "suggested" I move one of my display cases from the living room to the man cave downstairs, all I said was "yessam".

I am really intrigued by your XP-40N conversion Harold. In matter of fact every single model on that table is quite unique. Most impressive .

All of them are conversions or fully scratchbuilt. The little Northrop XFT-1 was done with sculpey oven fired clay!

The ship grabbed my attention, it's bloody massive!

The weathered effect on the sails is superbly well done.

Some people call that display case a table.

Quite - where is the actual display case?

Unless it uses very, very clear glass and invisible joins?

This is where I put them while I was moving the case.. I'm getting to old to move all that glass and mirrors.

I feel sorry for that old ship, I built it over 20 years ago and is now covered by "weathering" (cobwebs and dust)

I only entered it in one contest because it was so ungainly and delicate to move. I got a first in category. It took two years of building it too.

It is about half of the old Aurora and Monogram Mig 15. It is a "what if" Naval Mig.
