tomprobert
i know there is a lot off discussion about the interior colors but i will go for a metal one for this part And you'd be absolutely correct, Mark. Never, at any point in B-17 production was 'Interior Green' used, either. The only painted area was the flight deck, which was Bronze (or Dark Dull) Green. The remainder of the interior, from nose to tail, was left in bare metal. The exposed metal areas of the cockpit were painted DDG, with the side walls covered in olive green padding. Floors throughout were wooden with black anti-slip matting. There is some evidence that certain batches of the F model had the bomb bays painted in neutral grey, but there's nothing definitive. Looking forward to your build! Tom

Palm-tree
Good luck with the build- I can recommend the HGW seatbelts set as one version comes with very nice resin seat cushions plus US Air Corps decals for the pilot's seats.
