Hello Paul,

Is there any decision about this project?

I am now reading the incredible "Flying the A-10 in the Gulf war" by William l. Smallwood and it just increases more and more my will to build my A-10 kit, and even maybe to buy another one, even if this is a very early Trumpeter kit with so many corrections to do.

So i'd like to know if there is a possibility that a resin nose correction would be released. Otherwise i will try to do the job myself, but this kind of correction is not easy, it's more some sculpture than a simple "cut / rescribe / add 1mm" correction. :)

Thank you in advance for your answer !

Following the big Photobucket rip-off attempt, all my pictures on the forum cannot display anymore. I try to reupload the RFI pictures, but i'm not sure i'd have enough time and energy to reupload the pictures of the WIP threads. If you're interested in a specific subject and want me to reupload some pictures, just let me know. :)

Hi ,

It is indeed my plan to do a correction set for the Warthog, but it will take a while yet.

well, ages ago in 2003 I tried to correct the 1/32 Trumpeter A-10 nose area and canopy.

Check out here:  https://designer.hom...0-32/a10-32.htm

Maybe not all very accurate but better than what the kit offers.

Great work on your A-10 mate love the devotion to duty!
Only back for a few weeks from crawling all over the A-10 at Pima and the fantastic A-10 Stalag display.
High level of A-10 motivation right now...still my favorite A-10’s of all time are the Jaws schemes..
