seiran01
This just in from Dave Lochead, good one for all of the Luft'46 fans! Also coming in the next 4 weeks is the Heinkel P.1077 Julia in 1/32 This is my second CAD designed kit and I am looking forward to building one myself. Unlike most Luft 46 projects, the P.1077 Julia was completed but not flown, and photographs exist of the prototypes under construction. This will be a full resin kit, and markings will have to come from the modellers decal box. Expected cost of this kit is $90 NZ TaffyMan and dutik
LSP_Ray
Interesting! What is $90 NZ in USD? $30?
seiran01
LOL, NZ dollar is about $70 cents to the US so... $63-65ish US if I'm doing mental math correctly
mahernandez
It will look nice under the belly of an Ar 234. Just wish there was a conversion to turn the Ar 234 into a C version. Mark H. Troy Molitor
abbadur
Mark, I am missing this Ar 234 C conversion, too. Long ago I asked Radub about this, but he has not planned to do a C model, he answered. Alfons
seiran01
Bummer, I'd love to do a -C as well, and prefer it be from Radu than Fly! Maybe Revell will grace us with one...
Nicholas R Larson
The last time I emailed the gentleman that own's Fly I asked him if he was considering doing an Ar 234C and all he said was it's being considered. That was a couple years back and I'm sure he had his plate full with the Hurricane's and stuff.
Troy Molitor
An Ar 234c would be awesome, eh? What was the Julia P.1077 all about? I know little to nothing about it.

Padraic Conway
I wonder if there's a little bit of confusion here as the Julia was not intended to be carried by the Ar234C. The confusion may arise from Dragon using the Julia name for its 234C with parasite fighter. That parasite fighter was the Arado E.381 which has a similar looking layout, but was quite a bit smaller. Even with the size reduction, the ground clearance was pretty minimal. The Julia was intended as a point defence fighter, along with its close cousin, the Julia II where the pilot sat upright. Great choice for a 32nd kit! I've built the Planet 48th Julia II so will be in for one of these in 32nd Edited January 14, 2017 by Padraic Conway AndersN and Nicholas R Larson
