Hi Brian, picked up this thread rom the spacemodelers group over at yahoo, good to see some after market bits for the space shuttle at last,I made an engine fairing/tailcone for the Monogram shuttle to use with the 1/72 Nasa 747 vacuform kit thats available but never got any further than the master patern as I had no knowledge of molds or casting process, still sits there gathering dust..lol,I may just get the parts I had started for the Revell shuttle at the same time out and finish them now as it does seem to be the most re-issued version in 1/72,as for 1/32 LM Vista Models had one available in the Apollo 11 configuration,a really nice multi medium kit, they were going to make other versions but company folded, also Custom Replicas/Accurate Miniatures in the US have had a 1/32 LM in the developement stages for a few years now but seems to have frozen it along with their 1/12 Gemini spacecraft kit,
cheers,Gordon M

Hey John,

Can you contact me off board?

Thanks,

Mike

The shuttle parts are much appreciated! OMS pods will be great to have.

A couple of suggestions would be:

The shuttle RMS (remote manipulator arm)...fairly simple to do.

The S-band antenna dish (deployed from the payload bay)

The ISS docking system and airlock for the shuttle.

There are a few ISS modules which could be easily done that are carried in the bay, like the resupply modules.

Also, with the Airfix Skylab/Saturn V kit coming out, you could do the rest of the parts to build a Skylab.

Just my 2 cents..... :)
