  1. Really nice work. That Revell cockpit is a serious candidate for some Spanish School treatment to make it pop.
  2. Saw the Wildcat at O’Hare, my first thought was, “It’s covered in gumdrops, ffs.”
  3. Sprue goo using plastic from the same kit should do it
  4. What percentage of the airframe would need to be silver to qualify? I’m thinking something with a silver underside, but camouflage top…,
  5. Aalborg. Jomfru Anne Gård. That’s why I don’t drink anymore.
  6. Get the Alcorn book, it will hold your hand thru the entire process, it’s not as scary as you might think.
  7. Oh, wait, my third choice would be an Su-24! Forgot about that one.
  8. There are actually 2 out there in the wild, the best being the Schmitt-Modellbau kit, and the Combat kit. The Combat kit might be more readily available (in a relative sense), but the Schmitt kit is a gem. https://www.largescaleplanes.com/articles/article.php?aid=608
  9. Hmm, probably a Voodoo, Xf10F Jaguar, and something French from the 1950s.
  10. They are back in stock, got my intake and nose gear today.
  11. If you have the Trumpeter F-100 kit, you’re halfway there….. https://hyperscale.com/2009/features/f107a32fm_1.htm
  12. Great choice of models, I actually built, and finished(!) this kit back in the 1990s. One weak area of this kit is the nose gear fork, it will snap/collapse in an instant if you look at it wrong. Just wanted you to be aware of this!
  13. Hi Plm, your build looks great! Could I ask you to post some pics of the landing gear? I have an Fw-58, which has similar gear, but I’m not sure how it all goes together. Thanks!
