Some select decals, once the kit is available, combined with masks for the bigger stuff (I wonder who could do those?), and this could be easily doable. With that and a couple of Drakens next to it, and we'd cover lots of great flags on planes. That seems to be what makes them memorable: Tigers, Flags and Beautiful Women.
