And it is done! By no means perfect but I am pretty happy with the end result given the difficulty of this kit and she now sits proudly next to my A10C. This was only my second resin kit after the Montex Hs-123, which was a breeze in comparison. I definitely want to build a B-2 but I will wait for the ZM kit...

Here are the pictures, I hope you like them and thanks to everyone for the encouragements, I can happily report that my SOD has now been cleared.

Well done David. Looks awesome. You should be proud of this one.

 

I actually sat in the forward fuselage of the only surviving He 129 forward section when it was still located at an obscure little air museum called Victory air museum in Illinois back in the 80's. I was getting my A&P license at the time in Wisconsin. The seat back I recall folded backward and was armored plated. Heavy as hell. The entire cockpit was an armored shell bacially. Not sure what ever happened to that cockpit. I recall it being snug and cramped for my 6'2" frame.
