Looks like engine failure by the state of the prop, which obviously wasnt spinning on impact. No hydraulic pressure to drop the u/c?

 

Anyway, glad the pilots ok.

 

Mmmm...possibly....but:

 

If the only problem was that the gear failed to extend, I would shut down the engine once landing was assured to minimize the damage to the prop and engine. Could explain the state of the prop.

 

Just a thought.
