Derek B
All of that sawdust is obviously doing wonders to your modelling (if not your health!) Nice model Erwin...I hadn't realised just how big those kits were, which makes it even more impressive...well done. Cheers Derek
LSP_Matt
its great Erwin...and so BIG ...I mean your P39! That cannon protruding through the spinner is a veritable probosis. Mosquito envy. Love the work! Cheers mate Matt
P-40
That’s coming along nicely, are there wing fillets on it?

Erwin
That’s coming along nicely, are there wing fillets on it? Hi Brad, That's the only thing I couldn't make. I tried with balsasheet soaked in water to get it into shape, but it's so difficult to get it right. When I thought I got it and glued it on it didn't fit as I wanted and nearly messed up the whole build. So I decided to leave the fillets out. I know it's not accurate, but this is just the limitation on wooden builds that I will have to live with. My main idea was to get the 'overall' look of a P-39. I guess it's pretty close. I will try to do better with my next project.

Thanks Chris, It still needs some work on the cockpit. The radio behind the pilot,a seat, the stick. Not fully detailed . Just the basics.
