I've started using it for landing lights and instrument panels/HUD lenses. Works surprisingly well, can't believe it took this long to come up with such a great solution


I have some of the Bondic brand of this stuff. Have been using it for metal and resin. Hadn't even thought of using it for lenses! Great idea

I believe 2 yrs so far my friend LOL.Not real happy with decals. Typical Tamy, very thick. Didn't settle very well. Just 2 tiney decals on the tail, and thats done.........Harv

I just thought Tamiya was being used.

They have a website. Try there. There are some shops around here that have them. I believe they are from Arkansas.....Harv

Looks great Harv.

For the Tamiya decals if you haven't already, try using a wet cloth dipped in hot water to press them down. I kept a bowl of hot water on my bench to keep the cloth hot and it helped them to conform much better. In fact, you can make out where they overlap one another on my Spitfire.

For decals I use a coffee cup warmer and a ramakin full of hot water on it
