geedubelyer
Pharty me old china, you've done Edgar proud. I'm sure he's nodding approval from on high. That's a corker and no mistake. Well done mate. Cheers.

Shaka HI
Very Nice. I wanted the HB Spitfire of the Mk. V for this build, but couldn't get one for a reasonable price (with shipping) -- so had to settle for the Tamiya. Heart-breaking for sure... geedubelyer
Shoggz
Shaka, whereabouts are you if you don't mind me asking?! It's just that for me (in the UK) the HB Spitfire was a fraction of the price of a Tamiya one.. I have both in the stash (well actually I have 4 Tamiya Spitfires 2x Mark IV, 1x Mark VIII and 1x Mark XVI ) and the Tamiya ones were over twice the price of the HB one..... Shaka HI
HI = Hawaii. :-) (With shipping it was approaching prices of Tamiya's where I can get them for about a $100 U.S. or so and shipping is free from Japan.) (Original response was a tongue-in-cheek response, in case you weren't aware of my sarcasm, but the HB kit does look good, so I might splurge for a sample one day.) MikeC
Very nice; I have a soft spot for Spitties in invasion stripes, particularly the very thin ones. Well done.
