SPITFIRE IXC

Greetings All

I finally finished my Spitfire, part of a dual build with the Tamiya Mosquito, which i had posted on in-progress    http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=64742&page=8      This kit was a joy to work with, but i must say that the decals were a little disappointing, they are too thick and cracked up when softener was applied.

i hope you like it.

Shan,

You need to take some outside sunny glamor shots..

Just saying.

Hi Maru, thanks for that suggestion, unfortunately there are no wide open spaces where i live, so i tool you advice and took some shots out in the sun.

incidentally, may i ask your about your ID MARU "5137"? 5137 was my dads car license plate and when i bought my first car, that number 5137 also was given to me by the DMV. that was a nice coincidence.
