Dandiego
Ok...I'm back. Been working on re-doing the windscreen which means that I have to rip out the old cowling and start over. I decided that this was a good time to re-sand the entire airframe. Thought it would be best before I re-attached the windscreen. Didn't want to get a ton of sanding dust up in there. Anyway a few photos. Started with 400 grit and went down to 8000. Dan blackbetty, Rainer Hoffmann, Starfighter and 6 others

Dandiego
Been a working. This project stalled for a while as I pondered the whole canopy , windscreen , cockpit area. Here is the new instrument cowl. Next is adding a reinforcing strip to the windscreen. Seeing how the canopy fits. And cutting slat tracks into the leading edge of the wing. Thanks, Dan blackbetty, Harold, LSP_Kevin and 5 others

Oh well as long as its finished before the Phoenix Nats. Dan Well, it's a complete scratch-build, and you've managed to get it this far all within what should be the final year of my Corsair build. That's terrific progress to me! Kev Out2gtcha, Dandiego and Harold
Dandiego
Work continues, Needed to glue the frame to the canopy. I used 5 minute epoxy. I have decided to add what looks to me like armored glass inside the windscreen. Glued on the windscreen, once again 5 minute epoxy. Faired in with bondo. Slats fitted for the first time.
