I removed the seat from the cockpit to apply RAF sutton harness Acyual seat wiil be used on my future P-51A project

Vector set offers two seats. One with moulding of seat belts and the other without them.

The other seat - without seat belts- is on painting. Later RAF seatbelts will be applied and the pictures will be posted.soon

On the other hand, some works on wheel wells.

Firstly wheel well area painted to natural metal color by using Alclad metalizer

Second step is some masking for natural metal areas

And then airbrushing yellow zinc chromate primer

Always a nice work!

The Mustang I RAF had not the three recognition lights under the starboard wing, but only upper and lower identification lamps, aft the antenna mast and forward the tail wheel doors

Thanks for the warning

But wish you mentioned before. These picture were taken last week-end and decals already applied.

I will try to fix it later. What is the color of lights forward the tailwheel doors. Is it clear or colored.?

​Is there another critical specification about the RAF Mustangs Mk.1A ?
