A most interesting build of a not so popular subject. Like Harv, I'll be pulling up my chair and following your build to it's completion.  The finished cockpit is simply outstanding. Those hand holds couldn't possibly look any better, and the wood floor blends in perfectly with your overall weathering scheme.

Urs

Terrific front office and the weathering is what I would think the Shurmovik

would have looked like from heavy combat.

Keep 'em coming

The cockpit looks great! I like the detail and the wash you did. Looks very realistic!

Care to share any of your tips for doing the wash you did?

Yup!! The finished pit looks great!! What scheme are you going to finish the build? If i can offer some advice, carefully remove the tadpole rudder counterweight and reinstall near the end, it's easily broken off and lost, ask me how i know....

What an unusual camo scheme. Should really make your finished build pop even that much more.
